Help with Trauma Therapy

Due to the trauma I experienced in my life, I suffered CPTSD (Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and major depression.  Although talk therapy was helpful over a course of 15 years with several therapists, I was still miserable.

In my mid 30’s I found a therapist that specialized in trauma, she used the following techniques on me (all these worked for me but N.E.T. was life changing):

* N.E.T. (Neuro Emotional Technique)

* EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

* Craniosacral

* Neurofeedback
